These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of digital products and services from Flow State. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.

Who you're buying from

Digital products

Digital products (guides, templates, workbooks, ebooks, etc.) are delivered instantly via download or email link after successful payment.
You're responsible for entering a working email address and downloading promptly.
Files are licensed for your personal or single-business use. Reselling, redistributing or sharing the files is not permitted.

Services, mentorship and coaching

Specific deliverables, timelines and cancellation terms for 1:1 services, mentorship and management packages are set out in your individual proposal or contract.
Subscription services (e.g. monthly mentorship) auto-renew until you cancel from your account or by emailing us.

Cancellation rights (14-day right of withdrawal)

UK / EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, you lose this right once download or access has begun, provided you have:

given express consent for immediate access; and
acknowledged that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once access begins.

We collect both confirmations via a tick-box at checkout for digital products.

Pricing, payment and tax

Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable VAT/sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Receipts are sent automatically by our payment provider.

Faulty or undelivered files

See our Refund Policy for what happens if a file is faulty or fails to deliver.

Results disclaimer

Our products and services are educational. We do not guarantee specific business, income, traffic or follower outcomes — results depend on your niche, effort, market conditions and implementation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
